Ryann Lavenia

MASTER INJECTOR | NATIONAL ALLERGAN TRAINER | NATIONAL SCITON LUMINARY

Ryann Lavenia, CRNA, APRN, is the president of FIBB and Double Board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 22 years of medical experience. As a master injector and national Allergan trainer, Ryann’s exceptional skills and expertise have earned her recognition as one of the top 500 Allergan Trainers for Botox and Fillers in the nation. Additionally, she serves as a Luminary Speaker and national trainer for Sciton, specializing in the use of Sciton laser devices for advanced skin treatment.

Ryann was also recently honored as one of only 25 women nationwide to receive the Distinguished Women in Medical Aesthetics award from the American Med Spa Association, a recognition of her leadership, innovation, and dedication to advancing the aesthetics industry.

A Fort Myers native, Ryann attended Bishop Verot High School before becoming a Registered Nurse in Albany, NY. She graduated from the Albany Medical School Nurse Anesthesia Program and returned to Fort Myers in 2005 to begin her career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Over the years, Ryann collaborated with cosmetic and plastic surgery specialists, eventually expanding her expertise in 2016 to include certifications in Botox and Dermal Fillers, Laser, and Wellness services. Ryann started her own business in a one room salon suite and within 2 years she had her own 2,500 square feet building.

Over the past 9 years, Ryann has trained with world renowned Plastic Surgeons and Injectors such as Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Trokel Y-Lift technique, Dr. Tom Van Eijk, Dr. Durkin, Dr. Chris Surek, Dr. Mauricio de Maio, and Sebastian Cotofana, Ryann is also recognized as a National Laser Trainer and a Sciton Luminary KOL. Along with being an AMI trainer for Allergan, she has her own training institute FIBB Aesthetic, Laser, and Wellness Institute.

Ryann has continued to build her business and has expanded Face It Botox to 4 locations with over 25 employees.

Outside of her work at FIBB, Ryann enjoys quality time with her husband and three boys. She is passionate about exercising, yoga, boating, fishing, and traveling, embracing life both in and out of the office.
